THE SURVEYOR'S OFFICE HAS UPLOADED A NEW REVIEW AND THE STATUS HAS BEEN CHANGED TO APPROVED. A RECORD OF SURVEY WILL NEED TO BE FILLED WITH THE WEBER COUNTY SURVEYOR'S OFFICE BEFORE THE PLAT WILL BE SIGNED. ALL DEEDS WILL BE NEED TO BE RECORDED BEFORE THE PLAT BEING RECORDED.

Corrected Title report has been added. Culinary and waste water feasibility not required. This is existing house which has current Taylor West Weber culinary water hookup and functioning septic tank hookup. Existing house is just being separated from farm ground.
