Additionally, the agricultural ground that is currently affiliated with this dwelling is going to re-named so that its ownership is all under the same name as the home on parcel#15-078-0024. All of this property and the two homes are owned by the same person (Alice B Rowley and William Ralph Rowley). In order to draw property lines for the house being sold (4262 West) we were told we first need to verify that it has already been established as a buildable parcel.
