Updated Plat has been uploaded, this addresses the Survey, Engineering and Planning comments I have to date. The Owner is requesting a deferral of improvements until the Road is developed.

A SWPPP and County Stormwater Activity permit will be prepared and applied for as part of the Site plan and house plan approval application prior to commencement of construction
