Updated Plat has been uploaded, this addresses the Survey, Engineering and Planning comments I have to date. The Owner is requesting a deferral of improvements until the Road is developed.
A SWPPP and County Stormwater Activity permit will be prepared and applied for as part of the Site plan and house plan approval application prior to commencement of construction
invoice created, once the fee is paid the application can be accepted for review
An updated title report is uploaded.
