Notice of Public Hearing
The Ogden Valley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request for a recommendation to the County Commission to amend a development agreement regarding property owned by CW The Basin, LLC. The intent of the development agreement amendment is to consider the property's development rights and the ability to transfer development rights to other properties in the Ogden Valley. The hearing will be held during the Planning Commission meeting on February 27, 2024 at 5:00 PM in the County Commission Chambers, located on the first floor of the Weber Center at 2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden UT 84401.
