I live in Taylor in Cameron Crossing and plan to build a pole barn. I currently have a 10' easement around my property the developer put on the plat for some reason. There are no utilities, drainage systems or anything else that would require the 10' easement. I need it vacated so I can have my barn 3' off property line, not 10'.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Weber County Planning Division has received a request to vacate public utility easements located along the rear (north) and side (west) property lines of Lot 4 of the Cameron Crossing Subdivision.

The Weber County Commission will hold a public hearing regarding these items during the Commission meeting on December 13th, 2022 at 10:00 AM. This meeting will be held in the County Commission Chambers, located on the first floor of the Weber Center at 2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401. Meeting date and time is subject to change. Please call to confirm the meeting time and schedule at 801-399-8405.
