Spoke to applicant as site plan is unclear regarding building setbacks from north and south property lines. Applicant clarified the side setback to the north is 25 feet and setback to the south south is 35 feet.
Payment complete, site plan uploaded, exemption form uploaded. Project status changed to submitted.
Applicant has uploaded a filled Ag Exemption form. There is another application for a Buildable Parcel Designation to merge his two owned lots together to meet the 2 acre minimum lot size for an ag exempt structure.
