Tucker,

Nice to meet you today.  As agreed, I will have Hansen and Associates remove the easement that runs to the south and extend the easement that runs east and west to the east property line of the subject property.  Also I have a deferral agreement for curb, gutter and sidewalk that I will have my wife sign and bring in.  I appreciate your help.
