Concerning the termination of easement document, as long as it has a legal description, and it notarized, the recorders office will record the document and abstract it along the description. Weber County will not promise that the recording of this document will accomplish the goals set out by the document.
Once the application fee has been paid please email me at sburton@webercountyutah.gov, then the application status will be considered 'complete'.
