Is the title report that was submitted not sufficient for  your needs? I received it just this week from the title company.

also this is intended to be essentially a lot line adjustment. The two homes involved already have sewer and culinary connections. There is not secondary water in the area. The remaining parcel is not for development at this time. With that info are the feasibility letters still needed?
