It was just brought to my attention that the Surveyor 1st Final Review was tagged as approved, which was in error.  The review message did identify that additional changes would be required, but the comments needing to be addressed were not included on the attached pdf.  I apologize for any confusion this likely caused. 

The fact at this point is that the plat as was brought to us on Friday (3/4/2022) will not be recordable without additional changes.  It may be possible for those changes to be made on the printed plat rather than re-printing, but that question would be best determined by the surveyor who created the plat and owners signing it.

We will post a new review with our comments for the plat brought to us last Friday as soon as possible.
