I don't see any need to further research the property, as described it's pretty clear.  I agree with Roger's comment.

I assume this is going to the abutting owner (13-093-0021) as it looks like they are using it.  This went to tax sale back in 1956 and I see no reason why the county would want to hold onto it.  If sold to the abutting owner, we should make sure the two parcels are combined into one to avoid this happening in the future.
