The Weber County Commission will hold a public hearing during their regular meeting on September 20, 2022 to consider an application for a vacation of a public utility easement along the side and rear lot lines of lot 11 of Uintah Highlands No. 6. The meeting will begin at 10:00 AM and will be held in the commission chambers located on the first floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Ogden UT 84401.

Due to internal scheduling conflicts. This project has been rescheduled and re-noticed for public hearing with the County Commission during their September 7th, 2021 meeting. The meeting is anticipated to start at 10:00 AM at the Weber County Commission Chambers (2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, UT 84401).
This project is tentatively scheduled for County Commission consideration during their upcoming 8/31 meeting. Please keep your eyes on the County Commission webpage for their published agendas that is typically published on the Friday prior the scheduled meeting (8/27). A planning staff report will be uploaded to the Documents tab during the week of August 23rd.
