This project was reviewed and conditionally approved by the Planning Director during an Administrative Review Meeting held on 10/20/2021. Please see attached for the formal Notice of Decision and Signed Staff Report.
A Planning staff report has been added to the Documents Tab. This project is scheduled for a public Administrative Review Meeting on 10/20/2021 at 4:00 PM, to be held at the Weber Center Building, Planning Division Offices (2380 Washington Blvd., Suite 240, Ogden, UT 84401).
Just following up on Subdivision application. When can we get on the schedule?
Spoke with Mandy 7/19. The applicant will be submitting a subdivision application within the next few days for this property. Looking at the planning schedule, both a subdivision application and this alternative access exemption application could potentially be reviewed during an upcoming Administrative Review Meeting on 8/4/2021 if the subdivision application is submitted by no later than 7/23.
Marta, I see that there a couple of these on here and only this one is saying accepted. Are we approved and ready to move forward?
