Spoke with Mandy 7/19. The applicant will be submitting a subdivision application within the next few days for this property. Looking at the planning schedule, both a subdivision application and this alternative access exemption application could potentially be reviewed during an upcoming Administrative Review Meeting on 8/4/2021 if the subdivision application is submitted by no later than 7/23.
