Hi David,
There wil be no permanent Road Closures, only ITC use. There will be no blocking or stopping of emergency vehicles at any time in any way shape or form!
FYI, at the top of every day, we have a "Safety Meeting" on set that I run. I will make sure to announce that emergency vehicles have the right of way NO MATTER WHAT.

I wanted to let you know I have been Coordinating with Candace McCllean with UHP to schedule 2-3 Troopers for our road work. She is currently trying to get us those troopers for the dates. I spoke with her this morning and she will send me a confirmation email regarding when they have been confirmed.
