Notice is hereby given that the Weber County Commission will hold a public hearing on January 19th, 2021 to consider a request to vacate a 10-foot public utility easement located on the north and west side of lot 2 of Drysdale Subdivision Phase 2. The meeting location is in the Commission Chambers, 1st floor, Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd. Ogden Utah. The meeting time is 10:00 AM. Copies of the proposal may be reviewed before the hearing in the Weber County Planning Division Office, Suite 240, in the Weber Center.
The easement will be vacated by ordinance.
Surveyor's office has looked at this (Nelson-Vacation Easement). At this time we see no redlines that should be addressed. If anything changes or gets added other than the North and West sides. Weber County Surveyor's Office will need to do another review.
