This application was placed on hold while an opinion on the matter was requested from the Utah State Ombudsman's Office. The opinion returned was in favor of the applicant. As such, the Planning Division allowed the applicant to submit an updated subdivision plat for the Middle Fork Ranches 3rd Amendment without any ROW dedication. This resubmitted plat was approved during a rescheduled Administrative Review Meeting held on 9/29/2021. As such, this project is now considered withdrawn and closed.
This project is scheduled to be heard by the Board of Adjustment on Thursday, October 8th at 4:30 pm. The meeting agenda for this hearing has been uploaded to the Documents tab.
