This barn was red tagged November 6, 2020 because the inspector did not have record of the agricultural exemption form. An agricultural exemption form was submitted to the County when the land use permit was issued on June 11, 2020. I am not sure why it was not uploaded here with the permit. Out of an abundance of caution, the applicant's agent/representative submitted a new agricultural exempt form dated today's date, November 9, 2020. It has been uploaded under the 'files' tab.
