I spoke with the client this morning. Just so everyone is aware the surveyor's office is waiting for another submittal before approving the plat. Comments are still needing to be addressed.

Contacted Tyler at Landmark. He has indicated an updated submittal should be coming in the end of this week. Notified the applicant that Planning would like to schedule approval in two weeks (3/25).

I have emailed Tyler Knight of Landmark Surveying to send me the contour map he prepared last summer. He had given it to me but it had Steve Rich Subdivision name on it so I had asked him to make the name change on the subdivision so it would be submitted with the correct name. I had not received the new document with name change so I must have not submitted it sorry! I will be sending that over as somme as Tyler emails it to me.

The title report I submitted was the same title report I brought to the prep meeting at the county. I thought since it was within the 30days of that meeting it was fine. I have contacted the title company to run me a new report so this one has a current date and I will submit it as soon as I get it back.
Steve Collier - 2/24/2020
The surveyor's office became aware of this project this morning 2/24, there must have been some glitch with the new project management software where our office was not able to access or receive notifications for this subdivision. Our goal will be to have our 1st review posted by 3/6. I will assign this review to Shaun Rose.
