On August 25, 2015 the Weber County Commission considered the item at public hearing and approved the proposed changes. The approval is documented by the adoption of Ordinance #2015-14, which can be reviewed in the 'Files' tab.

In work sessions, both planning commissions have reviewed proposed changes to the Home Occupation Code to allow instructional activities in yard area or in accessory buildings. See the staff memo and various versions of the proposed ordinance under the 'Files'tab.
