Feb 10th Mr.Bohn has pulled his add and so there shouldn't be additional family's other than his own.

26th Jan Mr. Bohn called and apologized, he was given to understand from the Real estate agent that if they purchased this property they could rent it out on a nightly bases. He said that he had one more family coming from Vermont on the 27th and that would be the last family and then there would be no more.
