I spoke to Nathan Gold on the phone this morning and he indicated that due to the expense of constructing the stabilized entrance on the East of the property, they have decided not to do it. He said there will only be 1 access to this site and it will be through the existing asphalt parking lot to the West.

April 6 2012. I e-mailed Mr.Gold the Fire Marshal’s name and number so he could make an appointment with him So he can understand the requirements that the Fire Marshal is requiring and clarifies it to Mr. Gold so he will know exactly what Fire Marshal wants from him. As the Fire Marshal is requiring that he meet IFC chapter 24.

Health Department is okay with this project as long as no food is prepared onsite for sampling by the public. If at any time whole foods are cut for sampling, a Sampling Permit will be required by our office.
