Subdivison name ok. Owners who need to sign as of May 16, 2012 is Randy S Shepherd & wf Steffine, Nicole C Ashton, and Hidden Haven Estate owners Assn. Vacate all of Hidden Haven Estates Sub Lot 3, 1st Amendment. Vacate Lots 1,2,4 of Hidden Heaven Estates Sub also vacate the easements. Who will own the Common Area and private Streeet? Fix the Owners Dedication.
