Conditional Use Permit # 3-2012 (Black Bear System Number) was issued on July 17, 2012.

I e-mailed Karry Greenmyer, and asked him to fill out the Stormwater Contsruction Activity Permit, and a simple construction SWPPP, because his Industrial SWPPP shows that they do have a discharge location.
Sean Wilkinson - 6/13/2012
Karry Greenmyer e-mailed a new site plan showing the existing fire hydrant locations near the boiler plant in response to the new Weber Fire District review comments. The new site plans are located under the "Files" tab as "existing fire hydrant locations (site plan updated 6/13/12)."
Sean Wilkinson - 6/8/2012
Karry Greenmyer e-mailed a new site plan showing the new fire hydrant location and the water storage reservoir in response to the Weber Fire District review letter. The new site plans are located under the "Files" tab as "Updated Site Plan with Fire Hydrant and Reservoir Locations."

Notices to adjacent property owners were sent on 6/5/12.
Michael Tuttle - 6/5/2012
I just sent Karry Greenmyer an e-mail about some of the concerns with the SWPPP information that was submitted.
Michael Tuttle - 6/5/2012
Karry Greenmyer came in the office today, to discuss my review. He said that they have an Industrial UPDES permit, with a SWPPP. I told him if he would get me a copy of the signed NOI for the UPDES permit and the SWPPP that shows all the water stays on site, then we wouldn't need the Stormwater Construction Activity Permit, since he wasn't discharging into our system.
