Thursday, January 11, 2018 The County has been receiving many complaints that off-site material has been brought in for crushing and then exported to other locations. This notice is to remind you that your permit only allows you to crush material found on site from the hours of 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. As this project will expire March 26, 2018, the recommendation will be made at the next Planning Commission to revoke this design review if this operation is not complying with the recommendations found on the permit and may also be sent to the Attorney’s office for further legal action.
