Applicants have submitted a revised preliminary plan, to include all lots as part of a PRUD subdivision. Review agencies, please review 'preliminary plan' dated 2/5/2020. Additional fees have been paid for the additional lots.

Greg Seegmiller - 10/29/2019

The secondary water lines have been installed and pressure tested. Agreements are in place with Hooper Irrigation Company for Pioneering and Oversize payment. The mains have been accepted by Hooper Irrigation.
