I received an email from a CPrice on June 20th with some concerns. I tried to address their concerns as best as I could. One of the concerns was with a 16ft easement. I do not have enough information on this, however if there is an easement on this property then it should be addressed.

The Weber-Morgan health department is comfortable with the issuance of a building permit for the pump house/garage building to be located at 9091 East 100 South in Huntsville, land serial #21-025-0012. The development of the pump house/ garage building is necessary to receive approval of the public water system by the state. Building permits for the other two purposed buildings should not be issued until the water system has been approved by both the state and our office and a septic permit has been issued.

Mike Bulloch just brought a copy of the up to date NOI into the office today.

We had a pre-construction meeting today and we are still waiting to see a copy of the NOI in the SWPPP.

Green Valley Academy is currently in the process of developing a Public Water System; until the system has been developed and approved by the State, no septic permit will be issued by the Health Deparment

Ben, It looks like Reeve & Associates has addressed all the items that they can now except for the letter from UDOT on access. The remainder items will be taken care of at the pre-construction meeting prior to any work taking place.

Ben I didn't have this in my review, but we ought to get a copy of the approval letter from UDOT on the entrance.
