I spoke to Jim Banks yesterday regarding the abandoned irrigation ditch, he recommended that I speak with Eugene Bailey about the history of that ditch and see what our options are to have their ditch dedicated to us.

Larry told me yesterday that his crew has everything tied down up to Hadlock's property line. Mr. Hadlock doesn't want the county on his property for any purpose. A decision needs to be made by the county engineer about weather we get the easement for as much as we can or if we hold off until Mr. Hadlock will allow access to his property.
