RMP didn't show up to the meeting they set up with us for today at 10, a new meeting has been set up with them for tomorrow at 2

Due to the road having to be open 40' and utilities suspended, Rocky Mountain Power is concerned and has issued us work order #5720705. I will be calling them to set up a meeting. In the meantime, the contractor has been on site trying to punch a 12" di pipe through the existing culvert in order to get drainage through winter and runoff season. We will complete this project in the spring after we've been able to make the utility companies happy.
