We have a federal grant for a bridge on 7900 East (Burley Lane) over the North Branch of the South Fork River.  We either need to get the match for the project or do the project without the grant and design it ourselves. The location is at approximately 800 S 7900 E.

The project was originally scheduled for federal fiscal year FY-2012 (Oct 1, 2011 - Sep 30, 2012), but the County did not have enough money to budget for the FY-2012. We are working with Matthew Swapp to get additional money and move the time back.

  • FY-2013 would be (Oct 1, 2012 - Sep 30, 2013)
  • FY-2014 would be (Oct 1, 2013 - Sep 30, 2014)
  • FY-2015 would be (Oct 1, 2014 - Sep 30, 2015)

I received an e-mail from Matthew Swapp stating that they granted the request to delay, but that the additional funding was not granted. He said that there was a committee meeting again in September, and that they wanted to have someone from the county come to that meeting and explain the additional funds request and rationale.

On 4/23/2012 I e-mailed Matthew Swapp about getting an extension and some additional funds for this project. I haven't heard any updateds since then, so I e-mailed Matthew Swapp today, 6/4/2012, asking if there is any news.
