I talked to Michael Richey on the phone. He feels like he has approval through the state, so why can't they can go ahead and do it. I told him that he is still required to comply with the county ordinances. I told him that the my comments shouldn't slow them down much, and that most of the comments issues on the SWPPP shouldn't have been in there to begin with.
