I spoke to the architect today and explained the situation. He was going to talk to the church representatives. I received a call Cody Taylor with Great Basin and he was approached by the church representatives about fixing this problem. Cody and I talked about a few ideas that may work for them, he will keep me posted.

I drove past this site today and noticed they have filled in their detention pond with road base and striped a new parking lot after assuring me they would leave the pond as is.
