Application

1. Possible violation on setbacks, sport court may be sitting in the right of way,
2. landscaping may be an issue with the rock retaining wall, sitting in right of way
3. A tree could be blocking the view of a stop sign, sight triangle, chapter 23-7clear view of intersecting streets   

Have asked Larry Slagowski, in the surveyor's office if he would send a crew to see if the sport court/retaining wall is in the set back. Have also talked to rochelle Pfeaster from the Engineering Division for her requirements and comments.
