Mr. Lewis Barker has constructed two sheds on his property without Land Use permits, both buildings are under 200 square feet and so are not subject to building Inspections, neither has electrial or plumbing. Mr. Barker also has a backhoe that he uses exclusively for his agricultural pursuits, he has horses on his property, stores hay and feed. He did indicated to me that he was thinking of putting up a lean-to to protect the animals feed. I did discuss with both Jim and Scott the use of the backhoe, both seemed in agreement that as it is used exclusively on the property for his animals and maintaining the roads to/from and on his property it could be an allowable use.
