Tuesday May 27th 2014. Received my notices back from Mr. Littlefield both the one I sent and the one I posted on his door. His note indicated that he wasn’t happy that he had just arrived back from vacation and came home to these notices. He said that he was not conducting nightly rentals recently. I called him and he was extremely upset that I should send him notices and leave them on the door. He did say that his niece had been watering his plants whilst he was on vacation. I informed him as he still had his add on the web site advertizing for nightly rental that if I had some information indicating that someone could be renting the home on a nightly schedule I would continue to send notices or post them on the door. I also informed him that as he was already aware that he should not be doing nightly rentals that I could send this on to the Attorney’s office for further action and criminal review if I found evidence that he was continuing, at that point he got really upset and informed me I wasn’t doing my job that I was just taking someone’s word who was on the HOA. I informed him that he was welcome to contact his HOA and talk to them but as this was an ongoing investigation I could not give out any names. At that point he was incredibly upset and wouldn’t let me respond to his conversation on the subject so I ended the conversation.

14th May 2014 received a phone call that Mr Littlefield has not removed his add on a rental web site.
