The irrigation company is reporting that irrigation lines are located near the North and West property lines. Are easements needed for these lines? Please include in Engineer's and Surveyor's reviews.

The Hubbard Subdivision is a single lot Subdivision. It fronts on 7800 E and could be a future route of the proposed Middle Fork Pathway. If the pathway was planned from the middle Fork trailhead to the Pineview Pathway north of Huntsville then a 10' wide pathway easement should be provided along the west side of 7800 E.
