Tuesday, February 17 2015 sent notice to Ms. Cunningham about removing the trailers.

Friday, February 13 2015, The Fire Chiefs had their meetings and have decided to deny the Uintah Fire Chief but advised him if he wanted to do fire drills in his own jurisdiction he could just remove the trailers from that property and put them in Uinta.

Thursday January 29 2015, Brandon, called they have rescheduled their meeting until February 12 as South Ogden's Fire Chief is out of town on family business. He did say that they decided to say no but as the property is split between both jurisdiction's protocol demands that they involve him as well.

Monday January 12 2015, finally able to get hold of the Fire Warden Rick Cooper, he said that Paul, Brandon and himself were going to go out to the site and make a determination and they will be doing that on the 29th January as they will also be involving the South Ogden Fire Chief as his jurisdiction surrounds the property.

Tuesday December 16 2014, Was able to make contact with Weber district Deputy Fire Chief Paul Sullivan who had me talk to the Fire Marshal Brandon Thueson, who asked me to talk to the Fire Warden Rick Cooper who is in charge of all training in Weber County.

Thursday December 4 2014, Volunteer Fire Chief of Uintah called and wanted to do some fire drills with the trailers, I said I needed to find out from Weber Fire district if he could because of the safety aspect. He got very irritated with me and reminded me he was the Fire Chief. I informed him I would get back to him.

Tuesday October 28th 2014, Received a phone call from Ms. Cunningham (801) 626- 3132, that she had just received the notice that was sent to remove the trailers, she asked if she could have three weeks to remove the trailers because her brother was out of town and she needed help with removing the trailers, I granted her the three weeks and also said that if she was having difficulties to notify our office.
