Wednesday, October 15 2014,
Sent a notice to Mr. Robert Sutton Hard Rock Drilling Company because he has an abandoned drilling vehicle. I have also sent a notice to the property owner Mr. William Cheney to see if he is aware that this vehicle has been abandoned on his property. If the vehicle is not remnoved when we get to court the County will dismiss charges to Mr. Cheney if he has made an effort to have Mr Sutton remove vehicle. I contated Mr Sutton by phone 801-296-1404 and during our conversation he refused to remove te vehicle.
