Ms. Lutz is operating an excavation land leveling business at the above address;which is subject to conditions by a Conditional Use Permit A conditional Use Permit was never obtained because the conditions imposed on the operation in 2008 by the Planning Commission were never fulfilled and the completed paper work never submitted. As the appropriate information did not come to the Engineering Division and Planning Division this approval expired. Therefore it is a violation of the zoning ordinance and will need to stop and desist until this has been rectified A cease and desist notice was posted at the site and a nitice was sent to Ms. Lutz.
