An administrative time extension had been issued for this subdivision due recent changes in state code regulating the process of how subdivision lot vacations take place. There was some confusion amongst departments on how title would need to be conveyed for area affected by the change in the subdivision boundary regarding ownership. A second confusion occurred between the deeds being processed and the relationship in ownership. In the end a new wrinkle in how subdivision amendments are made and title is addressed was worked out within the county which has helped other similar projects.

This subdivision was released for the printing of the Mylar's almost a year ago. It was delivered last night, signed and stamped by Ernest this morning and taken to planning.

Notified the owner that progress has stopped. He would like to see it finished. It looks like engineering and Surveying have some final issues. The owner may be contacting you soon.

Ernest has released for the printing of the Mylar's pending any concerns of the other review agencies. Two items are required pending the recordation of this subdivision. 1 - Deeds to transfer title from the entities involved into the new plat. 2 - A vacating ordinance is required vacating the existing David L. Hansen Estates Subdivision.

A revised plat has been added for review. Please note that the subdivision name has been changed. Please update any file that you may have created as the project name in Miradi will no longer David L Hansen Estates Subdivision. The new name is Waterfront Property Management Subdivision.

Subdivision name now reflects Waterfront Property Management, changed from David L Hansen Estates 1st Amendment. This office has completed its 2nd review. A redlined PDF file has been emailed to CLS.
