This is an amendment to the site plans of CUP 2012-10. There are some changes to the plan. Mainly the trellace on the front will be removed and not built. The stairway off of the deck on the northside will not work due to slope. The entrance has been redesigned and includes a handicap ramp. The parking areas and landscaping has been altered and reduced significantly. A summerized cost estimate has been submitted for these changes, along with a list of items that they feel are different between the plan and what has been constructed.
