October 6, 2010 The applicant signed the Land Use permit and copies were given to the applicant

October 5, 2010 talk to Craig Browne the Building Official concerning if a building permit is required. Craig review the sign and stated that no permit will be required.

October 6, 2010 called Jeffry and left a message informing him that his approval letter is ready and the land use permit needs his signature. Once land use permit is sign I will make copies for him. The applicant picked the land use permit up today,
