For the review of placements of signs; as there will be no signs in place I have no issues with this event. However, if the event organizers decide to have signs for their event I will need a map indicating placement in Unincorporated Weber County.

Page 8 states that the event will not take place at a County or City park, yet they will be setting up canopies, using amplified music etc. at Eden Park. Page 9- how many 10'X10' Canopies? The more canopies used, the more people that will be drawn to the event, effecting traffic patterns and parking etc. Where will medical be staged and do they have any plans for evacuating the trail (masses) due to inclement weather (thunder storms, lightning etc)should that become necessary or will they simply carry on with it? or cancel the event? Do they have a plan for the removal of an injured runner or someone experiencing a significant medical event (ie. heart attack) on the trail should a significant injury occur? Are they going to have that capability or will they have to rely on our Search and Rescue unit if this should occur?

WMHD approves this application-one ADA porta potty is required; Clay is aware of this.
