North Ogden City has requested an interlocal agreement with Weber County allowing the City to be the approval authority for property currently in the annexation process to become part of the City. The property is the site of the old Country Boy Dairy which lost it's nonconforming commercial status in the A-1 Zone a few years ago. The annexation plat, interlocal agreement, staff report, and exhibits are located in the files tab. The agreement will not be posted until it has been approved and signed.
