In looking at this I agree with Brandon's comments above. However, if this review is for the signs at the Wells Fargo site I do not see any Engineering concerns with it. HWY 158 is a State Road (UDOT) and if any work will be done within their ROW (right of way) then they will need to work with UDOT on an encroachment permit.

These appear to be the wrong files. The files include plans for the Wells Fargo bank sign project. I believe this is a duplicate to the "Lewis Office Addition". Please advise.....
