4 plus acre area cleanup or remediation to return to planted pasture or agriculture.  The site belonging to the Holy Trinity Abby per the operator was a site where the abby and others would dump their refuze. it wwould appear that most of the MSW was burned leaving metal glasss and other non combustable items..  WEber County became aware of the project following Blue Stake notification being responded to by Chad Meyerhoffer.  On 11/16/16 Blane Frandsen was assigned the project. 

Field report 11/17 201 - by report of the operator they had been contracted by the Abby to clean up the area it having been used by the abby and by the City during the 40's and 50's. They indicated what they thought would be a minor cleanup now spread over 4 acres with 10 to 12 truck loads of screened deliterious material.  They had a large screening / crusher where thay had separated the deliterious material into two large stock piles one with metal and glass and old tires and a second with tree limbs, tree roots tree trunks and stumps.

I met with Greg Neville the Regional Manager for E. T Technologies 3110 California AVenue, SLC. Utah 84104 GCN License No. 245928-5501  with Class E100 & S330 construction License.

I discussions with MR. Neville I asked for them to prepared and submit a SWPPP and State NOI giving them a deadline of Monday Nov. 21st., 2016

 They reoported taking one drum container with oily wast to Sump and Trap Cleaner in Salt Lke City.  He did not have the receipt with him but agreeded to make such available to us if needed. They estimated about 300 Cubic yards of deliterious material tha was to be to Molding C & D Landsfill in Ogden, Utah.
