It does not appear that an updated electronic version of the final plat has been submitted or uploaded to Miradi. That needs to be submitted to the project manager prior to recordation.

The seller called today a little frustrated that she isn't getting answers on why the plat has not yet been recorded. She was under the impression that there was a hold-up in the surveyor's office. After discussion with the surveyors it appears there is no hold up as they were waiting to receive the final corrected mylar for their signature. It appears what happened is the final mylar was dropped off by the project surveyor without adequate information and without adequate signatures. This out-of-sequence event created confusion. The seller has been informed that all the appropriate county signatures have now been provided, but that one of the owners still needs to sign. At the time the final owner signs, the owner or the project surveyor needs to present it to the county recorder for recordation.

prospective buyer came in 9/14/18 inquiring of the status. Was informed that last review from surveyors from July has not yet been satisfied. Waiting on new submittal.
