We are clearly into the wet fall and winter months. It is encouraged that the dumpster be covered to restrict storm water from entering into the container and leaking out onto the ground. Sanitary waste should be contained in a porta-potie and not into a dumpster or trailer. Although the portion of the work to be performed by Notting Hill Homes does not include landscaping it will be required that the final stabilizing by landscaping and or hardscaping be performed before a notice of termination NOT can be approved for the proposed development. A formal transfer of the responsibilies of the SWPPP to either the owner or landscape contractor will need to occur. It is encouraged that a construction schedule be provided noting when various BMP's will be implemented other wards all BMP's will need to be inplace before construction starts and maintained until construction is completed. As we go into the winter months will the construction shut down. If such is anticipated it should be noted in the SWPPP otherwise weekly inspections will have to continue throughout the winter months.
