This is essentially a home office 400 sq ft or 25% of home whichever less is. The applicant will go to client’s homes to care for their animals the majority of the time, on occasion the animal might have to stay at the applicant’s home because of special needs and care that might be required. The applicant has 4.43 acres, provided that there are no more animals than the applicable ordinances allow the applicant has County approval.
