September 19th. Mr summer came in to submit the conditional use application, and spoke with a Planner who went through the application and as it was incomplete he was given further advice and instruction how to complete the conditional use application.

September 4th. Mr summer came in and asked for an application for a conditional use. He indicated that he is farming around 500 acres in the Ogden valley area.
