Mr Douglas contacted planning to discuss the issue his options are:- 1. Amend the zoning ordinance to allow nightly rentals as part of a condominium project. Even if this amendment was approved the cobbles HOA would have to allow this use within the association. If they vote against it, it would not be allowed.
